Provide strategic leadership, sales strategy, and cross-functional supervision for two-dozen team members in the software, systems integration and field sales/service division. Execute multiple contractual partnership agreements in multiple product lines. Develop responses to Requests for Proposals, develop contracts with corporate legal, and work closely with client Procurement services. Client contact includes consultative selling, current product line performance, discussions of industry trends and overall long-term relationship development.

· Successfully grew current book of business by 20%, which includes 33% growth in company’s fourth largest account.

This division provides staff support to the Kane County Economic Committee. The Committee is responsible for promoting Kane County's economic development, including working with local chambers, tourism groups, the agricultural industry, and administering the small cities program.

Community Development Block Grant Representative & Hispanic Liaison

Assisted in the planning of growth and expansion for one of the nation’s fastest growing counties

· Led the successful county wide project of Kane County’s designation as US CDBG Sponsor
· Helped create the county’s first large scale Latino focused program focusing on the two largest communities within the county: Aurora, & Elgin. These programs served over 50,000 Latinos countywide
· Worked with the establishment and creation of the centennial farmstead program designed to preserve the county’s heritage against the immediate urban sprawl.
