Nacido en Texas y levantado en Chicago, Sr. Nino tiene muchos años de experiencia en el funcionamiento con Empresarios, América Federal De gobierno, Corporativa, y la Comunidad hispana y Étnica. Durante ocho años Sr. Nino era el Presidente y el Oficial superior del hispano de los Estados Unidos Cámaras del Comercio (USHCC).

Él amplió las operaciones y el perfil de la Cámara a una fuerza significativa dentro de la economía de los EU, institucionalizando y dotando sus programas para el crecimiento perpetuo.

El USHCC es la organización comercial preeminente hispana que representa los intereses de más de 1.3 millones de negocios Hispanos en EE UU y Puerto Rico. As President/CEO of the USHCC, Mr. Nino was responsible for meeting with Corporate and Government officials, Members of Congress and the White House, on behalf of the USHCC in order to communicate issues impacting the over 1.3 million Hispanic business enterprises operating in the U.S.A. and Puerto Rico. Mr. Nino coordinated international activities including the USHCC’s Mexico office; networking with other National organizations he bridged communications between Hispanic business and non-Hispanic communities. Work closely with the twenty-four directors who comprise the USHCC Board to implement the goals and objectives of this national organization, as well as managing the USHCC staff, assuming full responsibilities and accountability for all program areas and departments.

The USHCC is the preeminent Hispanic business organization whose primary goal is to represent the interests of over 1.3 million Hispanic-owned businesses in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Throughout its network of nearly 258 Hispanic chambers of commerce and business associations across the country, the USHCC is the umbrella organization that actively promotes the economic growth and development of Hispanic entrepreneurs.
