Mr. Maida is an accomplished investment banker with years of market savvy experience with a multitude of private and public companies.

He is currently a partner and officer of Lion Partners, Ltd. Mr. Maida commenced his career on Wall Street and was employed at Reynolds & Co., National Securities and Research and Garvin Bantel.

At Garvin he was Director of Investment Banking; his responsibilities included supervision of all managed public (IPO) and private placement financings and evaluation of companies seeking financing. Prior to joining Lion, Mr. Maida was a principal with Corporate Finance Consulting Services (CFCS).

CFCS' primary function was providing technical trading and market support as well as specialized management services to emerging and developing entities. Mr. Maida directs Lion's Hedge Fund activities, with over $500 million at hand; these funds are utilized for block purchase of equity, specialty finance including bridge loans and other short-term investments. Mr. Maida received his BS in Finance from the City College of New York (CUNY) Baruch Business School.

Julio Herzer brings a great knowledge of the film, tv, and movie industry. He has acted in such hit TV shows as Magnum PI, and the WB's (Warner Bros.) Charmed.
In addition he as been in Sylvester Stallone's Rocky IV, and Oliver Stone's Ain't Misbehavin.

Recently Herzer has focused his efforts towards producing major motion pictures including the Red Worm. Mr.Herzer is a well-respected gentleman in the industry and is known for his personal relations that are based on character and trust. He is a member of such prestigious organizations such as the Young Presidents Organization, and the Screen Actors Guild and stays active within the community.

Edwin Quintana

Born in the Bronx, N. Y., Edwin B Quintana attended St. Thomas Aquinas college and began his career in sales shortly thereafter. He started his career by selling for Miller Beer and quickly moved on to an up and coming company called MCI. He soon became a star at MCI. He has won major company awards 4 years in a row.

His accomplishments at MCI include: Number One Telemarketing Rep in the nation for 1989, Number One Account Executive, I in the nation for I992, and Number One Account Executive II in the nation in 1993. Edwin was promoted every year info positions of greater responsibility where he chartered the International Markets for MCI with special accounts such as many Latin American Banks. After leaving MCI, Quintana was subsequently the CEO of UniQuest Communications. Now Mr. Quintana is involved in many entreprenuerial persuits and is active with in the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Latin/African American Chaplain's Association (LACA), where he serves as the organization's Executive Vice President.

He concluded with a masters in business strategy in business school in Paris. He worked in the field of finance as a consultant in France and as a strategic advisor for an international group. He has lived in North and South America, as well as in the Maghreb countries. He is the author of reports on international relations and articles on European integration. He is in contact with the international economic press as a specialist in strategy.
